Wonderful newly renovated apartment with 2 bedrooms, modern style and equipped with the greatest of comforts. The apartment offers one bedroom with a kingsize bed 180 x 190, which can be converted in to two single size beds 90 x 190. The second bedroom has two single size beds of 90 x 190. A children´s travel cot is optional, please enquire for availability.

The apartment is equipped with a Smart TV, Wi fi, air conditioning and solarium on the roof terrace. A cleaning and laundry service is also available, please ask for rates.

The accommodation, which lacks an elevator, is located in a three-storey building and designed for a total of 18 totally independent apartments and built with top quality materials.

The property is a short walking distance from the Arinaga beach, no doubt an unbeatable place to practice scuba diving, take a walk along the promenade or just enjoy a few days at the beach in the company of your loved ones. And, only 15 minutes drive to the Aboriginal settlement of Guayadeque, where you can find cave restaurants and a beautiful Canarian ambiance.
